The Very Hungry Caterpillar Game Peaces

Right after Christmas I purchased this game for Penelope. It had these boxed that you put the food in that you earn for the caterpillars in but I thought that the game needed something else so I made these. Kind of like how all the other games have Game Pieces that you can move around the boards this is just like that. Yes they are a little bigger then I had expected but I think they will work for know. I cute them out of White Card Stock and they colored them with marker. If they don’t last very long I will just have to make some smaller ones.

New Tunes!!

Hi girls No this is not anything related to scrapbooking but I wanted to know what you'll thought of the new tunes on here? Not sure if you'll know this but I am from San Antonio TEXAS and yes it's Rodeo time so not only is it Rodeo time but I like country music too so I thought I would share some of my favorite songs along with you girls. I know that lots of you'll maybe overseas and I don't know what your music sounds like that you like but if you want to add tunes to your web or blog scroll all the way down on this page and you will find a link at the very bottom. My Husbands Valentine!!

This card I made for Dustin. I liked the verse on Jan’s card she send me from the swap so I hand write it on this card. I used a stamp for the bird and colored it in with markers and a sparkly pen. I also used my Cricut Expression to cut the tree branch and music notes.

Valentines Cupcake

This Cupcake was made with strips of paper that I embossed then stamped and cut. I found the bottom cupcake part at Jo Anns 2 for $5.00 so I ended up with 4 of these bottom parts. Mom’s Birthday Card

Here is a card that I made for my mom. I used the ribbon form my valentines swap that I received from Jan at Expressive Papers. The card is simple but I liked it that way simply because I did not have a lot of time since this weekend was the Pet Expo and it was on my mom’s birthday. I like how the sides with the ribbon came out and I liked the cupcake. I thought the flower on top of it would be more appropriate then a candle because you now how when people see candles they think age and I didn’t want her to think about here age.

This card was made for my friend Andria from Iona-Rose Designs. She is a member of the Scrap Card Making group on Flicker. Along with the card I send the pink ribbon. I think this card turned out so cute. I was very pleased with how nice it turned out, that I wanted to make one for me to keep. I used my Cuttlebug to cut the flowers out and the Cricut Expression for the other stuff, and I added the hearts they were confetti that you find in the party section at Wal-Mart or Party City.

So here it is….This is the 6th photo from my 6th photo file. This picture was from my first year of beginning married. My husband and I went with some family friends to Ruidoso, New Mexico to go skiing. We had so much fun; Dustin had never skied before so it was a learning experience for him. This was one of the since views on the way down the mountain.
